"easy booking, just a small wait"
i booked a room on nickresorts.com and it was easy overall. the dates and prices were clear, and my confirmation email showed up a few minutes later. the only small issue was that the page loaded a little slowly when i was looking at the extras. still a good experience, and i’d use it again.

"Pool ended up being really nice"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much from the pool, but it was actually really great. It was super clean, and the kids had so much fun they stayed in there almost the whole day.

"Really comfy room"
Stayed here with my family the room was super comfy. Beds were soft, pillows were nice, and we all slept really well. Was clean too, with enough space for our bags and everything. After being out all day, felt really good coming back to the room. Really happy with the stay.

"Decent spa, but I expected a bit more"
I tried the spa while staying at Nick Resorts, it was fine. The massage itself was good, and the staff were really nice, so I can’t complain too much. But isn’t a spa supposed to feel calm and peaceful? It just felt a bit too busy for me.
The wellness area was clean enough, and nothing was really wrong with it, but for the price, I expected more of a relaxing escape. Would I say it was bad? No. Would I rush to book it again? Probably not.

"Such a fun family trip"
We had a really great time as a family. The kids absolutely loved it we did too. It was one of those trips where everyone had fun and we came home with lots of good memories

We had a fun stay overall, so I don’t want to sound too negative, but the food was just kind of okay for us. Breakfast was decent, and the kids were happy with the snacks, but a few of the dinners felt bland and were a little cold by the time we got them. Maybe I’m being picky, but for the price, I expected the quality to be better. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just more average than I was hoping for.

"Annoying at first, but they did fix it"
I was frustrated at the start because I had an issue and didn’t want to deal with the back-and-forth. But to be fair, they actually replied and got it sorted out without making it a huge headache. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but in the end, I’m glad it got fixed...

The kids had such a fun time meeting SpongeBob. The characters were all super fun and kept them smiling the whole time. It was just a really cute, easygoing experience.

Stayed here with my family and, umm, it was worth the money overall. The rooms were clean, the food was decent, and the kids had plenty to keep them busy. A few things on site felt a little pricey, but the main package seemed fair for what we got. It wasn’t perfect, but we left happy.

I had a small issue with my booking and reached out to Nickelodeon Suites Resort support, not really expecting it to be handled that quickly. They got back to me fast, and I appreciated that they didn’t turn it into a whole complicated process.

The person helping me was genuinely kind and sorted it out without making me repeat every little detail over and over, which was such a relief. Even something as small as confirming the correct dates made me feel much better about the trip. Overall, really good service.

"The kids had the best time at the water park"
We ended up spending nearly the whole day at the water park because the kids just did not want to leave, the slides were a lot of fun, the lines moved well, the staff seemed on top of everything, and it was just an easy, happy day that we would definitely do again.

"Super easy ride from the airport"
Our driver showed up right on time, which was such a relief after a long flight. The ride was smooth and chill, and I just sat back with my coffee and watched the city go by. Nothing fancy, just easy and exactly what we needed.
